Gregory J. Christiansen is Tranont’s General Counsel and is the managing partner of Guardian Law, LLC. He has a national practice with prior and current cases in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Maryland, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington. In addition to Guardian Law’s main function assisting with estate planning, asset protection, property closings, and tax lien foreclosures, Gregory’s practice centers on national and local Advertising and Marketing compliance and litigation. In particular, Gregory’s practice focuses on advising clients in all aspects of television advertisements, direct-to-consumer marketing, telemarketing, and e-commerce, including trial litigation, appellate litigation, alternate dispute resolution, and the assessment of potential Marketing opportunities or risks a client may face.
Gregory’s practice spans a wide range of clients and industries. He has experience litigating multi-million dollar contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, restrictive covenant violations, and employment disagreements. He also has extensive experience in interacting with state and federal regulatory bodies, assisting his clients in resolving multiple state and federal regulatory actions. Gregory has extensive experience in litigating complex civil and regulatory issues.
Gregory also currently serves as the Administrative Law Judge for the City of Taylorsville, and Chair of the City’s Employment Review Board.

Loralee Miller, Senior Paralegal
For over 20 years, Loralee has been working in the legal field and is a member of The National Association of Legal Assistants and The Utah Paralegal Association. She started her legal career as a case manager for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee and has since continued in the legal field with a focus on litigation, contracts, business formation, estate planning, bankruptcy, collections, and real estate. Research, writing contracts, and learning new things are a few of the things she loves about being a paralegal. Loralee is a graduate of Dixie State University in southern Utah and studied communications at the University of Utah.
Loralee and her husband live in American Fork, Utah with their three sons. She is happiest when supporting them in their many activities.

Sungah (Sunny) Kingdon, CPA
Our tax professional, Sunny, has extensive small business and personal tax experience. She graduated with a Masters of Accounting from the University of Utah. Sunny is a Certified Public Accountant and has a great passion for tax accounting. She is responsible, persistent, detail oriented and has a great personality. Sunny grew up in Korea, where she became fluent in Korean, English, and learned Japanese. Over 25 years ago, Sunny moved to the United States, where she raised her four children.
